Sunday June 7th, 2 pm   Momologues     Éamon Boylan, dramaturg

Momologues is an oral history driven performance piece centered around mothering. Specifically investigating what it means to be a parent of a queer child when you yourself are not queer. What are the ways moms foster confidence and fortitude in an identity that varies from their own? Playwrights Amy Ackerman, Zora Iman Crews, Jordan Ho, and Kristin Rose Kelly are tapping into that by interviewing their own mothers and performing them verbatim. See what happens when 4 unique moms: Laurie Ackerman, Chryll D. Crews, Kathleen Ho, and Rosemary Previti-Kelly take centerstage and their daughters (the actors) decide how to continue their legacy in a queer future.    > Photos & More <

Sunday June 14th, 2 pm   PartiTime  –  by Gregory Marlow
“NYC. Today. Construction everywhere. The hippest party for Gay Men Of Color is shutting its doors for good. Men weave through connections and misconnections, in a maze of haze, whilst thumping beats pound out a final goodbye. How could something this good be so wrong?”    > Photos & More <

Sunday, June 21st, 2 pm   Finding Chase  –  by C. Wright
What if two people who loved you differently but equally, were left to deal with your after-life while you were in ‘the afterlife?’
In Corey Wright’s current work in progress “Finding Chase,” the ones left behind truly “find” their loved one by learning about themselves through mutual mourning – which overcomes petty hatreds.   > Photos & More <

“A man commits suicide, leaving behind his partner of 8-years, his hero dad, and a note with a very explicit final wish: for his partner and dad to spend time together, even though neither of them have ever spoken to each other. Passions erupt when the two men come face-to-face and lay bare the truth of their feelings about one another.”
