Upon his passing in 1993, horror film actor Vincent Price entered a place he had represented extensively on film . . . HELL.

Because he played so many evil creatures, it was decided he should sojourn in the fiery pits BUT the Mormons — because of his brilliant portrayal of Joseph Smith in the biopic, Brigham Young — petitioned for a reprieve.

Heaven & Hell decided they would give Mr. Price a Faustian Mephistopheles- in the form of a spirit guide who looked like a younger version of himself.

The two men navigate the seven sins outlined in Dante’s Purgatorio, philosophical waxing and slapstick sound effects ensue. Price is forced to look back at a life and a career which have become inextricably intertwined.

What makes a man? What makes a showman? What makes a soul? Vincent Price is about to find out in this new radio play by Drew Pisarra.

The cast features Jmar Reid and Mike Pinney as the two Vincents in this radio-play live-on-stage directed by Douglas Wagner.
