SHORTS

Playwrights presenting new work in short forms. With minimal production needs, the focus is on the plays themselves. Winners are chosen each day by audience vote and judges vote, and receive cash prizes. A group of overall winners are assembled to appear in our July main-stage Fresh Fruit Festival.  Both events at The Nuyorican Poets Cafe, 236 East 3rd St, 10009.  $10
